Sunnybrook Park has closed all of fields due to excessive water. We have to cancel all games for today in the best interests of the fields.

Tournament Rules:
TUF will be played under UPA 11th edition rules. To avoid any confusion, we recommend that you check out the links at http://www.usaultimate.org/resources/officiating/rules/11th_edition_rules.aspx
Footblocks will be in for all divisions. Captains may agree to play with no footblocks if so desired.
All pool play and crossover games will be to 13 (cap at 13). [Note: Mixed Pool H games are to 11]
All playoff games will be to 15 (cap at 15).
All Saturday games will be 75 minutes long. [Note: Mixed Pool H games are 60 minutes long]
All Sunday games will be 85 minutes long.
Do not go onto fields that are not being used by the tournament. Please stick to the Rugby, Cricket and Field Hockey pitches.
Pick up all garbage and recycling and put it in the appropriate bins.
No alcohol allowed in the park.
Park in legal parking spots or else you will be ticketed and/or towed. They will be checking all weekend.
Fields and Weather
We stopped by Sunnybrook this morning to discuss the fields this weekend. Currently all fields are open, and the Park staff is working hard to get things ready for us.
Any determination on the fields will be made by the Park staff in the best interest of the fields. The forecast isn't great, but as it's changed all week you never know...it was suppsed to rain last night and didn't, so hopefully we get more of that this weekend!

Should you have any questions or concerns, please speak to one of the Staff. They will be wearing “STAFF” shirts (unless the shirts are covered by raincoats!). You can also call/text 416-768-4357 on Saturday and Sunday.
Scores can be submitted to the staff, or you can text your scores to 416-786-4357. If texting, please be sure to include both teams in your message.
You can also email Chris at chris@torontossc.com if you have any concerns before Friday at 5pm. After that time emails may not be received, so please call/text.

TUF DETAILS:
Date: Saturday, May 14th and Sunday, May 15th, 2011
Location: As is tradition, Sunnybrook Park (Eglinton/Leslie) will once again be the location for TUF.
Price: $400 plus HST. Tournament fee includes:
- 2 days of play
- A minimum of 5 games, most likely 6-7 games (3-4 on Saturday, 2-3 on Sunday)
- "Tournament Breakfast" on both days (bagels, fruit & water on the field)
- Free G2 for all players
- Free Tiger Balm samples
- On-site Medical Support
Format:
- 7 on 7 (for Mixed the gender ratio will be 4:3 or 3:4, receiving team decides)
- Divisions will be seeded and/or pooled based on previous results and team bios
- All games will follow UPA 11th Edition rules
- Foot blocks will be allowed in the Open, Women’s and top Mixed Divisions (this will be clarified when the schedule is posted).
- Saturday games will be played to 13
- Sunday Games will be played to 15
- There will be on-field coordinators at the fields to collect scores, replenish food & water, and assist teams with any inquiries they may have
- Ultimate Canada will be running an Observer Clinic this weekend so some Sunday games will have Observers. Click here for more information on the Observer program.

The Registration Deadline is Friday, May 6th. Only paid teams are considered to be fully registered.
Format:
- 5 on 5 (minimum 2 males, 2 females on the field with no gender matching requirements beyond that)
- Divisions will be seeded and/or pooled based on registration, previous results and team bios
- All games will follow UPA 11th Edition rules, with certain exceptions pertaining to the 5's format
- Foot blocks will not be allowed.
- There will be on-field coordinators at the fields to collect scores, replenish food & water, and assist teams with any inquiries they may have
Equipment Donations:
Do you have a bunch of discs that you don't want anymore? Bring them to TUF and we will get them to schools or other charities that can put them to good use.
How about other sporting equipment like soccer balls and baseball gloves? We'll take that too!
